Electricity produces magnetism.
Magnetism produces Electricity.
I need only positive charge at the start.
By spinning I can produce N-S pole.
Using back these atomic magnets, I can create positive and negative charge to fool humans. Then again using these charges I shall create magnetic loops. Then using these magnetic loops I shall create another level of charge to fool humans. And then again and again.........

You may assume a weak charge like particle which is loosely associated with mass. At very initial stage mass associated with charge property is jelly like thin volume fading outward. When this weak charge receives energy then there are many types of micro motions to start making building blocks. Now suppose charge spins around some axis in an periodic fashion. I mean to say oscillatory spin. Now notice two things.
When charge spins like this then it seems as electric current whirl which produces magnetic moment along axis of spin.
When it spins oscillatory way then due to centrifugal action mass is driven towards the centre and then thrown out away from centre periodically. Charge is one link between mass and energy. At the very base weak charge carries energy. This energy can be thought as electric energy when charge is at rest. But it becomes magnetic energy when charge moves. most basic motion can be taken as spin. At macro level also you can assume spinning charge as one tiny bar magnet along the axis of spin. This way charge system acquires character of attraction also along with repulsion. Repulsion is closely associated with energy. Attraction along with repulsion is one magnetic trick, which later turns out as concept of two types of charges. positive and negative.

Let us understand alternate way to store energy at macro level. In this case we require large number of small cylindrical needle like bar magnets. Now suppose we have one small metal sphere in which magnetic needles can be fixed radially outwards. Inside the metal sphere we need to create strong vacuum so that when back to back same poles of magnetic needle are pushed radially in, they are locked by void or vacuum of sphere.
Obviously high power robotics is needed to fix all needles simultaneously by enclosing sphere from all around and when enough vacuum is created to hold these strong tiny magnet repulsion. So work done required to push the pins back to back same pole on sphere vacuum holder is stored as energy in this void. You can create two types of spherical systems. In one N pole is kept out and in other S pole is kept out. So this way due 3d symmetry we get two bigger size point objects which are aware to pull or push similar objects. So you may assume these two entities as systems of positive and negative point like charges.
Now just consider any one out of above synthetic charge like thing. Suppose we have a mechanism to break the void then what will happen. These tiny little magnetic needles are going to fly around like anything. It is kind of blast that breaks this assembly and stored energy is given to needle objects. Can you see something like a nucleus? When void gives way then no one can stop now.
Now there is requirement of one more concept to accomplice this.
How are you planning to create a void like vacuum to hold repulsion of several atomic magnets?
Do we have something to create this sucking machine to lock the magnets horn to horn?
If you do not get enough power in present machine to suck, then you can again start speculating about electromagnetism of nature. Because all answers lie in between electric and magnetic forms of energy.
It is a big electromagnetic oscillation.
Sometimes I can think that Electric field is like one straight line, and magnetic field is wrapped around this line to create one screw like thing. Now material and everything is there somewhere in between.
I can think as if electric field is the direction of motion. When charge is fired along this line then it creates magnetic field.
One electric field and parallel magnetic field behaves like a mechanism to transport charge without loss. Because if charges are deviated slightly away from electric field then they are focused back by magnetic field.
Electricity and magnetism are two entities to transport energy and as well as mass.
If one research center is created by fusing IT with science then very soon we can transport matter just like we do the energy. Wireless communication of signals has started. Can we transport mass by attaching it to signals like we do the information in internet or mobile communication. The only difference will be that these material signals will be transported as onetime process and the same will reach the destination only directly to get assembled. Only speculation.
